UK Delivery (Royal Mail)

  • All orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Delivery times depend on your chosen Royal Mail service at checkout. We’ll dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your service).

EU Delivery Service

  • We offer delivery to countries within the European Union.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery times and charges vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

  • Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

International Delivery Service

  • We also ship worldwide outside the UK and EU.

  • Delivery times, carriers and costs depend on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes and local fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch all in-stock items promptly. Orders containing personalised or pre-order items may take longer to ship.

  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
