1. Replica Kit

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. Swindon Town Football Club cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers.

Swindon Town Football Club reserves the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. An operator will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

2. The Contract

A binding contract will be formed between us and you when we send you confirmation via email that your order has been accepted. Once payment is received in full by us, you will get legal title of the goods (ownership).

3. Stock Availability

Swindon Town Football Club always strive to ensure stock levels are correct, however due to certain circumstances and the nature of the business, very rarely an item may appear to be in stock, rather than be sold out.

We apologise for these instances and will always look to rectify stock levels as soon as any errors are noticed. If we do not have any item that you have ordered, we will immediately refund you.

We will process this refund back to the credit/debit card that payment was taken from. We will not retain your money or substitute the item for other items without contacting you first.

4. Pricing Policy

Prices quoted on our website are correct at time of publishing. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time for promotions. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. All orders are subject to a delivery charge.

5. Payment

Goods can be paid for by credit/debit card. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Credit/Debit cards will not be charged until the goods are dispatched, however when we raise the paperwork for the warehouse to prepare your order, the funds will be reserved on your credit card.

If you order and any of your item/s are out of stock we will not debit your card until the stock comes in and we dispatch the item/s to you and we do not accept payments by cheque.

6. Customs Duty Applied

Please note the customer is responsible for all charges that relate to customs or duty that may be applied in certain countries. Swindon Town Football Club takes no responsibility for these charges or for any delays in your receiving any goods owing to customs intervention.

7. Mail Order Delivery

Orders are dispatched the within two working days of placing your order via DHL delivery. Dependant on your location this will be 24 or 48 hour delivery, you will be notified of this in your dispatch confirmation. You can check your area by searching DHL Postcode service availability.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

8. Refunds/Exchanges

You may return any item (excluding personalised kits) within 28 days from date of receipt in it's original condition, packaging, label and with the sales invoice, for a refund of the price paid for the item.

Faulty, mistakenly picked items or damaged in transit items will be fully refunded at your request (we must be informed of any damaged in transit items within 72 hours). In this instance we will require you to send the goods back to us with the invoice as proof of purchase, including your order number if purchased online, tags attached to the items, and a brief note of the fault.                                                                                                       

If you wish to exchange any unwanted items (excluding personalised kits), you can do so within 28 days of receipt. Any items you wish to exchange must be in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt and label attached to the item.

To exchange or return any items in-store, please ensure you have a copy of your original receipt, whether its an online order invoice or a receipt from the store.

To return any items via post, please send back to the below address along with proof of purchase.

• We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage and ensure the goods are sent back to us using a tracked delivery option.
• We will not be able to refund or exchange any goods without proof of purchase.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any DVDs, CD's, face-masks, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, worn hats and items specifically manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods are deemed to be faulty.
• We are unable to refund or exchange a personalised product once it has been printed with either a player's name and number or a custom name and number; this still applies in the event of a player leaving the club and/or changing his squad number. There are strictly no exceptions to this policy. Swindon Town Football Club will not be held responsible for the length of time a player is at the club following personalisation of products.

9. Copyright Notice

All content included on our online store including but not limited to the website design, photographs, images, text, graphics, audio clips, visual clips, logos, button icons and the selection and arrangement thereof are either our property or that of our content suppliers and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

All software used on this site is either our property or that of our suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this website for the purposes of placing an order with us and using this website as a shopping resource only.

Any other use of materials on this Website including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcasting republication, downloading or uploading without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from use of this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

11. Online Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are compliant with the European E-Commerce directive and Distance Selling regulations 2000. They do not limit or exclude your statutory rights.

12. Brand Protection

In order to protect our brand, only signed agreements allow external companies to use any Swindon Town Football Club crests, old and new designs.

Swindon Town FC partner with different licensees and manufacturers globally to extend our product range, ensuring that supporters can take advantage of these official partnerships to obtain the best quality branded merchandise.

Our official partners and licensees have invested within the club and are therefore granted exclusive rights to have their official partnership. However, some companies try to use the official badge to their advantage selling items, without a legal agreement.

STFC therefore take these false affiliations very seriously and will always look to pursue all legal remedies in protecting our official partnerships.
